All reservations at Casa Samaya are made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email at welcome@casasamaya.com.
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and cash (Sri Lankan Rupees or US Dollars). Full payment is due at check-out unless otherwise agreed upon booking.
Casa Samaya is a peaceful sanctuary. We kindly ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the property and the comfort of other guests. Excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM, is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay. Casa Samaya reserves the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs.
Casa Samaya is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
Spa treatments and yoga classes at Calma Samaya are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance through our website or at reception. Cancellations less than 4 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
Café Samaya is open to both hotel guests and walk-in visitors. Reservations for dinner are recommended during peak season. Menu items and prices are subject to change.
Children of all ages are welcome at Casa Samaya. Pets are not permitted on the property.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Matara District, Sri Lanka.
